Adaptation for the Elite Physiotherapy Injury Atlas, October 2026: source coordinates rotated and converted from millimetres into the already installed BP3D source coordinate system; source positions packaged as Float32, normals rotated, source triangle indices preserved; no decimation, smoothing, reshaping or anatomy repair. Authored illustrative soft-edged symptom masks were separately derived from named native bone/limb/finger landmarks. These masks are not source anatomy, segmented dermatomes, patient findings, or diagnostic predictions. No source-author endorsement is implied.

This native-surface runtime module, landmark adaptation and the authored mask work are shared under CC BY-SA 4.0: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/ . Preserve these source and modification notices. These terms do not purport to relicense independent clinic text or unrelated software.

Final runtime adaptation: select the original outer connected surface; omit the inward-facing skin shell and detached fragments for exterior display. Smooth only the recorded central external-genital projection into a neutral contour; fill ten small existing source holes there with 52 authored cap triangles. No clothing is created. Original source files, exact component membership, changed vertex positions and cap faces are retained in ADAPTATION.json. The central genital surface is explicitly excluded from symptom maps. This neutralisation is an appearance choice, not medically accurate genital/perineal anatomy.

Patient overview presentation, October 2026: `overview-skin-policy.mjs` now clones this cached surface, omits head triangles above an overview neck boundary, and adds an authored closed neutral mannequin head/neck. The original packaged geometry and its adaptation record remain unchanged. This additional presentation derivative is shared under CC BY-SA 4.0 with the runtime adaptation above. It is not a facial anatomy reference, patient-specific surface or source-author-endorsed anatomical correction. The original native skin remains available to the separate symptom-region presentation.
