No endorsement of the injury adaptations is implied.

The official asset page and the download-table row for the exact untextured OBJ archive both specify **Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike4.0 International**: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/. Extracted anatomy and adapted anatomical geometry retain that licence. Its complete legal text is included as CC-BY-SA-4.0.txt. Source viewer code was not imported; the new interface uses separately licensed Three.js0.159.0 with its MIT notice retained.

Upstream: **Z-Anatomy**, Gauthier Kervyn (design,3D,anatomy) and Marcin Zielinski (Python), derived from BodyParts3D. [Project repository](https://github.com/Z-Anatomy/Models-of-human-anatomy), [licence](https://github.com/Z-Anatomy/Models-of-human-anatomy/blob/master/License.txt), [author credit](https://github.com/Z-Anatomy/Models-of-human-anatomy/blob/master/Readme.md). The actual repository licence specifies CC BY-SA4.0, despite GitHub's generic licence detector returning NOASSERTION. Z-Anatomy's licence notice is included as Z-ANATOMY-LICENSE.txt. Neither its Python code nor Wikipedia definitions are imported here.

Upstream: **BodyParts3D**, © The Database Center for Life Science; database creator Kousaku Okubo. [Database and creators](https://dbarchive.biosciencedbc.jp/en/bodyparts3d/desc.html), [current licence and attribution](https://dbarchive.biosciencedbc.jp/en/bodyparts3d/lic.html). The current notice, updated2025-02-27, names CC Attribution4.0 International: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/. The downloaded Open3DModel derivative remains under its explicitly supplied CC BY-SA4.0; the current upstream notice does not remove the derivative's ShareAlike requirement. Earlier upstream licensing is described as BY-SA by Open3DModel's [history](https://anatomytool.org/open3dmodel-about); the original upstream revision embodied in the archive is not identified, so no revision-specific relicensing claim is made.

Modification history: right-sided named structures extracted from the untextured OBJ; exact-coordinate duplicate seams welded for bone references; tissue colours and procedural surface materials added. Original Achilles packages add separately described tendon deformations/discontinuity. Calf v1 adds a partial axis-planar cavity; calf v2 replaces it with an irregular varying-width/depth cavity, refines its curved walls and preserves original retained vertices and connected muscle bridge. The separate tibial draft creates two shaft segments and schematic closed fracture faces. These educational changes were made for Common Physio Atlas by Codex at the user's direction; they are not author-supplied pathology, reviewed anatomy or measured patient injuries. Detailed source/adaptation hashes are in each package's manifest.

Verification: official asset, download table, history and credits HTML were retrieved directly; saved in the separate attribution-verification evidence directory. Upstream repository metadata, actual licence/readme, and the BodyParts3D notice were checked independently. This completes the named-asset attribution evidence and a usable notice; it does not certify clinical anatomy or waive review before integration.
